Michelle has been in the financial industry since 1996 and with ROI Financial Group since 2010. In her many years as a financial professional, Michelle has had extensive training and experience in the investment markets, retirement planning, and estate planning. She is a valued employee and manages Client Services at ROI Financial Group and is the primary point of contact for all administrative and operational needs, including account openings, rollovers, asset transfers, and any other service needs.
Michelle’s primary mission at ROI is to make sure that all clients receive the unmatched service they have come to expect from us, and to keep everything running smoothly for our office.
Along with her family, Michelle owned and operated HappyLand Day Camp in Amherst from 2010 to 2017.
Michelle currently resides in East Amherst with her three children, her fiancé, and their 2 dogs.
