Marc Rosenthal is the principal and founder of ROI Financial Group, established with a clear mission: to enrich and enhance his clients’ financial futures while providing peace of mind. By combining innovative insurance solutions with comprehensive financial strategies, Marc specializes in holistic financial planning, retirement, estate, and legacy planning, business succession planning and charitable giving.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Small Business Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a licensed professional with Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 registrations, and holds his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License. Additionally, he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC®).
Marc has been recognized among Forbes’ “Top Financial Security Professionals Best-In-State” (2023 & 2024) and was named to Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40. He is a Qualifying, Lifetime, and Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and has consistently earned accolades such as NYL President’s Council for his first five years, Chairman’s Council since 2006 (including eight times at the NYL Chairman’s Cabinet, 2025). Marc also serves as Treasurer on the NYLARC Board of Directors.
Dedicated to giving back, Marc was honored as Camp Good Days and Special Times Humanitarian of the Year. He serves as Chair of the Kaleida Health Foundation Board of Directors, is a member of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Revenue Committee, and sits on the Amherst Youth Hockey Board of Directors.
Born and raised in Western New York, Marc is a passionate supporter of Buffalo sports, especially the Sabres and Bills. He is an avid golfer, a lifelong hockey player, and enjoys coaching youth hockey. When the weather is nice, you’ll often find him outdoors enjoying a round of golf.
Marc and his wife Tricia share a love for travel, having explored over 20 countries, many with their three children. Whether at home or abroad, he values time with his family and embraces opportunities to create lasting memories.
